Information you choose to send

If you submit the website contact form, ExactWork receives your name, email address, the message you write, and your company name if you choose to provide it. If you contact ExactWork by email, the information in that message is also received voluntarily.

This information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss potential services, and maintain normal business correspondence. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing communications.

Contact-form delivery

ExactWork uses Formspree to receive and route website form submissions to hello@exactwork.ca. Form submissions are processed and stored within ExactWork's Formspree account so the enquiry can be delivered and managed.

Formspree may also process technical information needed to operate and protect its service, such as an IP address, browser information, access time, and referring page. See the Formspree privacy policy for details.

Google reCAPTCHA analyzes technical and interaction signals to help determine whether a submission was made by a person or an automated system. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Technical and hosting information

OpenAI hosts this website through ChatGPT Sites and may process technical information needed to operate, secure and deliver the website. ChatGPT Sites records traffic analytics such as unique visitors and page views, and deployed-site logs form part of the service. See the official ChatGPT Sites documentation.

ExactWork does not currently use this information for advertising, remarketing, or individual visitor profiling.

Analytics, cookies, and advertising

ExactWork has not added Google Analytics, advertising pixels, third-party behavioural analytics, remarketing tags, or a newsletter signup to this site. ChatGPT Sites provides its own traffic analytics. A cookie banner is not currently displayed because ExactWork has not added non-essential tracking tools. ChatGPT Sites and reCAPTCHA may still use technical mechanisms necessary to operate and secure the website and contact form.

Service providers and retention

Form submissions, email, and related business communications may be processed by Formspree, OpenAI through ChatGPT Sites, Google reCAPTCHA, Google Workspace, and other technology providers ExactWork uses for ordinary business operations. ExactWork does not sell or rent personal information.

Enquiries and correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, or meet applicable obligations. You may ask ExactWork to review or delete information you submitted, subject to legitimate business and legal retention needs.

Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated if the website later introduces analytics, scheduling tools, or other services that change how information is handled. The updated date above will be revised when material changes are made.
